The purpose of this call is for me to understand your circumstances, and make sure that our values align.

During the call you can briefly explain what support you're looking for and ask me any questions regarding my practices, my qualifications, experience etc.

At the end of our call, you'll receive a follow up email detailing our discussion and which package I would recommend for your circumstances.

The Cwtch package is email support where families are looking for some one time support to tackle some routine adjustments or making changes to sleep associations but do not wish to have follow up support.

An intake form and sleep diary is reviewed via email as part of the assessment to ensure I can best support your family.

The Baban package is aimed at families with a baby between the ages of 0 - 4 months.

This package will help families understand the science behind infant sleep and their little one’s unique temperament and how they can best support their little one while ensuring their own mental and physical health stay as a priority too,

As this package is aimed at newborn so sleep plans will not be provided, however, a medical screening and sleep optimisation tips will be provided with 7 days of WhatsApp support.

The Blodyn package is for families ages 5 months up to the age of 4 years old.

As part of this package an intake form is reviewed alongside a seven day sleep diary, following this a 60 minute consultation will take place where we will discuss the changes you wish to make during our time together.

A truly responsive individualised support plan is sent to you within 24 hours of our consultation call recapping all of the information discussed during the consultation and any additional tips and tricks that may be appropriate.

You are provided with the option of three weeks of follow up support.

The Cariad package is for families ages 5 months up to the age of 4 years old.
