During the call you can briefly explain what support you're looking for and ask me any questions regarding my practices, my qualifications, experience etc.

At the end of our call, you'll receive a follow up email detailing our discussion and which package I would recommend for your circumstances.

The Cwtch package is for those that may have a variety of questions surrounding sleep hygiene, sleep progressions etc, but do not require follow up support. This package can also be used to review a sleep diary, to address one sleep hurdle such as early wakes, split nights or adjusting your routine.

If during our consultation an underlying issue such as allergies, reflux, tension etc arise, a follow up package may be recommended with a discounted price offered, however, there is no obligation to book this.

The Baban package is for those that are looking for support to overcome one or two obstacles; such as, split nights, early waking or even night weaning.

An individual plan is provided based to suit your family’s needs and temperaments. Support will be provided over the duration of a month via WhatsApp or email. A consultation will take place where we review a sleep diary, intake form, discuss your circumstances, goals and plan. A secondary phone call will be offered at the end of the month.

The Blodyn package is aimed at families who believe there is an underlying issue such as oral ties/tension (mouth breathing) that is impacting sleep, alongside this, they want to work on sleep hygiene, early wakes or split nights.

As more support is required in this package it will be completed over the duration of 2 months. Three calls will be arranged in total to see how things are going and if any further adjustments are needed. Just like the Baban package, support is offered via WhatsApp or email while also reviewing a sleep diary and intake form during the original consultation.

The Cariad package is for families who have a baby/toddler that is extremely unsettled and usually labelled as colicky.

A review of feeding video(s), oral ties, a sleep diary, food diary (if applicable) and intake form will be completed in order to make suitable recommendations. This package will likely involve referrals to additional parties for medical support in areas I am not qualified.

This package will last 3 months, include 4 phone calls as well as support via WhatsApp and/or email.
